"I had an emergency leak, and Joel arrived promptly this morning. He was incredibly polite and clearly explained the issue with my pipes, which I understood easily. He got my water back on and saved us a lot of stress. His expertise and professional manner were greatly appreciated. I will be calling Popās Plumbing for all my future needs."
"Joel was the only plumber that I could get to come to my house on short notice to fix a busted pipe that was leaking into our garage , while he was there I explained to him that our upstairs bathrooms were unusable because they would leak through the floor and into the downstairs rooms and none of the other plumbers that looked at it would touch it they just kept saying we needed to refer to a general contractor. Joel was all too willing to take a look and he quoted me a price that I could afford to take care of it, it was worth every penny to be able to utilize those bathrooms that we havenāt been able to in years I canāt thank him enough for all of his help. Heās the guy that I call whenever I have a plumbing issues"
"Called on a Sunday morning because we woke up to a pool of water in our bathroom. An actual human answered the phone!! Our tech arrived when expected and was done in an hour. It wasn't cheap but for an emergency repair on a weekend that was to be expected. It would have cost more if we'd waited and had to miss work. There's a reason this outfit has 100+ 5 star reviews!"

"On behalf of the Santa Maria Transfer Station, I would like to express my gratitude to Joel and his team at Pop's Plumbing for their exceptional work at our site. We contacted Pop's Plumbing to get a quote for a job we needed done. The issue we were experiencing was black water when the hot water was running. We needed to replace the faucets in our break room and restrooms, as well as upgrade our 1" spigot to a 2 1/2" spigot for our fire hose attachment. Joel responded promptly and assessed the situation. He quickly identified the problem and recommended that we flush out the water heater before replacing it. Unlike the other three plumbers we had consulted, who all suggested that we replace the water heater (which was only a year old), Joel's approach saved us money and solved the issue. We were impressed with his professionalism and expertise, and we decided to hire Pop's Plumbing for the job. We highly recommend Pop's Plumbing for any plumbing needs, and we are grateful for Joel's outstanding service. Once again, thank you to Joel and his team for a job well done!"

"I spoke with Joel yesterday regarding a drain issue I needed help with. He was fast acting and told me heād have a guy out in the AM. He had instructed me that the plumber would be out between 8am-9am and the plumber was at the location right at 8am. He was able to snake the drain and fix the issue with ease. I would definitely recommend using Pops for your next plumbing needs. Very fast, professional and prompt. Thank you again for handling this with such quick and professionalism."
"Our main sewer line in the kitchen was backing up and we were unable to clear it ourselves. We called Pops plumbing and Eric was at our house in a very timely manner. Eric was able to clear the clog and was very personable and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the quality of service and will absolutely use Pops plumbing for our future plumbing needs."
"I canāt be thankful enough on what a great a job Joel and his team did for me! Ā All of the Ā plumbers in San Luis Obispo gave me this hook āinspectionā price of ?? just to come out and tell you the cost of what is wrong. Ā Some were a minimum of 200 per hour! Ā More Ā than that, I had a clogged toilet for days and didnāt know what I was going to do! Ā Joel sent out a plumber within an hour or so and that plumber helped in no time. Ā He didnāt give up either when most would. Ā The best part of what happened is Joel is a decent human being who truly cares about people!!! Most of the plumbers here just want to make a bunch of money. Ā But Joel cares about the human. Ā Thatās why i wonāt use anyone else. Ā What awesome plumbing services!"
